We have great memories of this place. We as a family always been only to this place for our Hair cuts and styling. Kids love it. We have been going here since the last 10years. We can’t think of going to any other place than Just cuts Melbourne. They are known for their exceptional customer service and great Hair styling and cuts. Love it.

The woman who helped me ruined my hair. She asked how much I wanted off so I indicated with my fingers how much. Then she cut off a piece, showed it and asked if that was enough. Well 1) it was much more than I had indicated and 2) what good was it to me because it was off anyway. As if that wasn't enough, she didn't cut my hair straight at all either. Some parts are even longer than the other. She cut my hair incredibly badly. Definitely not a recommendation.

Honestly have no words at all. In total shock on how these reviews are handled. Coming from a fellow hair dresser. I was told about these from a friend of mine and wowee. Mate. Don't take criticism personally or make personal comments in return. Just smile and wave and try to do better. Learn from your mistakes. And remember the customers always right.

I had my two boys for the first time for ages. Their mother had cut there at home, I made it mission for the day to get the boys a real hair cut. These guys did an amazing job at saving their hair from their mothers hack job. Thank you guys, it meant so much for me as their father taking these boys to get their first real haircuts.

I am regular customer, today i got my hair cut and it s totally disasters. I asked for layer on my long hairs but the unprofessional lady totally disappointed me. I got my hair cut for my special day, she took an hour to cut my hair and Spoiled my day. When i was paying another unprofessional person jumped there, ask her to charge more money without knowing anything, will never come back, if you have beautiful long hair never visit here. You will be definitely disappointed.

Great service! The male hairdresser who cut my hair at 10am (28 Sep) was lovely and I was so happy with how it turned out. He helped me work out how I wanted my hair and cut it perfectly. I’ll definitely be back in the future.
